And not true lah. You can still find a 40 year old guy who behaves like a 20 year old kid playing PS5 and watching anime.

40 is the new 30
Can still have kids just get proper medical advise and health check to identify any risks. Actually should do that regardless if you’re 40 or 20 just to cover all bases. Healthcare has improved tremendously over the last 2 decades.
