Well since you asked so nicely...

There weren't any official team representation, but 2 guys from KDTA competed (see results at www.bjj-asia.com). And yes you're right, they didnt win. tongue.gif

There might be more representation next year hopefully.

I wonder if the local BJJ gang sent anyone to compete in this tournament ?

Since  one certain person keeps relentlessly promoting it and if they are genuine they should at least try to compete .

I found no evidence that they were there , but if anyone has contrary evidence I am willing to stand corrected.

But whatever they didn't win anything :

Patrick Pincon is Malaysian. Who is the "outsider" representing KDT that you know of?

And to participate in the SEAGG, the enrollment fee for competitors is ThaiBaht 1.200 for each one of the tournaments or ThaiBaht 1.800 for the athletes competing in both BJJ and Submission Grappling tournaments . Pretty affordable. how come you have to pay RM2,500.00? hmm.gif

QUOTE(Haunkiem @ Nov 12 2007, 11:01 PM)
I was asked to but since the training fees so high like rm 2500 , I said thanks but no thanks , pure grappling doesn't mean that much to me.

I already had the experience of rolling with the elite no gi winner.

So only Albert Lim has the balls to compete ? since I doubt Mr. Pincon is locally based - come one truth please.

I can always cross check this with my Thai contacts.

It seems KDT has a habit of using outsiders to rep them , wouldn't it be nice for a change to use their own people in action ?

And what about Jorusilat ? always talk so much about his BJJ , why never put it on the line as he says ?

Nope.

My aim is to spread the interest on BJJ in Malaysia. thumbup.gif

As it is, we are behind Thailand, Phillipines, Indonesia and S'pore...

Currently training with Quico. Why are you so angry? tongue.gif

QUOTE(Haunkiem @ Nov 17 2007, 07:54 PM)
then answer the #@##### question - who do you train with ? KDT or Quico ?  is there state the truth please or I can find out myself quite easy ?

If you refuse to answer this simple question as if  there is something irregular to hide , then we can only conclude you are a Bull######r.
