my mum's recipe:
beat eggs with some honey, sandwich ham between 2 slices of breads - keep them together by pinning the 4 sides with toothpicks dipped the 'sandwich' into the beaten egg to soak then deep fry soak oil with paper towel b4 eating love this alot but a bit hassle lah to prepare |

I've missed making cake and experimenting with flavours. Anyone up for mojito cupcakes? Now speaking seriously though. Baking isn't that hard, you just have to make sure you do things right and don't cut corners. At least not till you know what you're doing. I should make a youtube vid on cake making haha. Newbie in baking. Would love to learn cake decoration if I have the chance.
I found baking to be therapeutic; even more therapeutic than shopping.
