Our country never strict about speedlimit. if these lorry drive according to speedlimit which is 80kmh, I believe they will never jump that barrier as speed will drop by a lot by the time it came close to that barrier.

but usa got very strict speedlimit. our government did not care at all about speedlimit. if people drive according to speedlimit. tyre burst also they unlikely will jump into opposite lane.
