The propose UFA threshold is based on the age of building above 30 old yrs old (75% vote) and below 30 yrs old (80% votes). What I learn is that HK also has similar Law, but only for building age at 50yrs old with 80% vote of agree redevelopment.And wasn't it 80% or 90% agreement?
that y a lot of voices on why our URA is at 30 yrs old..
