actually if u ask me, all development today will collapsed
mouth say it's earthquake resistant compliance but when the building is done...no need to even hire property inspector...u just go into your unit to inspect with your own eyes u can already spot tons of cracks....new building but with cracks already

QUOTE(diffyhelman2 @ Mar 29 2025, 02:15 PM) cosmetic aje,.... tukang didnt apply plaster properly or use too much water in skim coat etc.... problem is, that's just the beginning, the most minor one usually there are things that are way way worse once u look more closely and like i said, it's a new building but so many flaws until property and wiring inspector today is actually a thing/business

QUOTE(iGamer @ Mar 29 2025, 03:05 PM) Ya, last time when I was looking to buy high rise, I was really surprised to see many patched up cracks (as wide as a thumb). I pointed this out and those agents reacted like that was to be expected and blush it off… I have never seen such cracks with older apartments. they had to fix it within the "warranty" period have to hire property inspector and wiring inspector to find all the seen and unseen flaws and ask them to fix it all some of them if u try to tap using your finger, it's hollow inside
