Terbaru, kerja-kerja pembinaan projek pembangunan bercampur J. Satine di Wangsa Maju di sini yang sebelum ini diberhentikan berikutan insiden keretakan pada struktur shear wall, tiang dan lantai pada unit โ unit yang berada di tingkat 8 (facilities floor) dan ke atas pada Blok C, dibenarkan untuk diteruskan bagi blok SOHO serta Blok A dan B.
Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) memaklumkan keputusan itu hasil Laporan Kemajuan Perunding Bebas bertarikh 24 Feb lepas yang disediakan oleh jurutera profesional bertauliah. Bagaimanapun Blok C dan D perlu menjalani kerja pembaikan struktur yang rosak dan pengukuhan asas atau tapak terlebih dahulu sebelum kerja-kerja pembinaan dapat diteruskan. DBKL juga telah menetapkan bahawa pihak perunding jurutera projek perlu mengemukakan Laporan Kemajuan Bulanan dan Laporan Penyiapan Kerja Pembaikan yang telah disemak dan disahkan oleh perunding bebas kepada DBKL pada setiap hujung bulan. J.Satine Residensi Wilayah merupakan Projek RUMAWIP. Memiliki 4 blok, 44 & 35 tingkat (3,600 unit). Harga bermula RM300,000.
