Actually I've also read an article about this many years ago. It says to avoid dairy products with the low-fat or zero-fat label because manufacturers have to add other stuff to mimic the taste & richness of milk fat. So when I buy milk, I always go for full cream.

But that was many many years ago, I don't know if there's any new studies that counters it.
