The lawsuit is not going to be about investigation it's going to be a defamation lawsuit that affects the school's reputation and the potential losses it caused the institution.

All of that will be charged against the young naive kid who leaked the damaging content out to the public.

The school will be going after him for the compensation. His parents is going to be very disappointed with their child.

For the victim who was caught in the act the most damaging part is shame to his character for life, but the leaker of the video they'll go after him for defamation monetary losses which is even a more damaging one.His family might even end up in bankruptcy.
