1) Update phone whatsapp and clear phone cache
2) Unlink PC whatsapp from phone whatsapp, then relink it.
3) Clear PC cache and garbage (I use Glary utilities)
After I did all that, things started working normally. Android fone and Win 11 PC
Whatsapp and Whatsapp PC, Not sync for messages sent
