Getting Started

|
Renting an entire condo unit for the first time. Agent send me a soft copy of the TA and asked me to sign it. I don’t see any stamping on the TA nor it is signed by the owner.
I asked for a hard copy but he told me that they don’t provide hard copy anymore. How do I know if the TA is legally binding?

Tenant and landlord have to sign before stamping. Request a copy of the stamping. Without it, the TA is not binding. Stamping is fast nowadays, less than a day work if all details are correctly entered. This post has been edited by skzzi: Mar 21 2025, 10:35 PM
