Hmm... are YOU an MD? Don't matter even if you are though, MDs don't know much about nutrition anyway.

I'm curious as to why are you so invested in Vit C. Don't you know the antioxidant that really matters in the human body is glutathione? Also, if you're consuming carbs, it reduces the potency of Vit C because carbs compete for the same receptors.

I didn't even know this thing existed but we are in 2025 and it seems like everything exists now
