After submitting the e-Be form i realized i ticked yes for tax borne by employer thinking it means the pcb deduction(yes im stupid). Can anyone kindly advise what are the implications of ticking YES to this? will it effect my tax refund? Will my employer be notified of anything?

I did this mistake once as well a few years back. Nothing happened..... so far
I was also stupid and had the same thought. That year, I think LHDN don't have the translation from BM to EN thing or was not well done.

If something needs to be rectified, your company will notify you and then you have to repay accordingly
