try bring ur PSU to be checked by certified technician, most GPU issue are caused by faulty PSU as they draw higher power compared to other components

Does your CPU have igpu? Can try to connect to that and see if it runs stable? If it also crashes its either PSU or Windows/driver problem. If not can try see event viewer whats the crash error code.

Spec wise, more than enough. Try removing graphic card and use motherboard's video output if you have built-in GPU.

Ask your friends. Look for max 500-550W GPU.

High possibility since your GPU is still working.

Your method? Did you mean another GPU or built-in GPU? If built-in still crash means very likely PSU problem. If another GPU doesn't crash means your Sapphire card got issue. If built-in doesnt crash means PSU still works but questionable. You need to stress it with proper GPU. You can also bring your graphic card to a friend to test as well.

Since your limited by hardware diagnosis, might as well bring it to a PC repair shop. Some big stores like Viewnet can help troubleshoot PC and make replacement if you buy it from them.
