Does your CPU have igpu? Can try to connect to that and see if it runs stable? If it also crashes its either PSU or Windows/driver problem. If not can try see event viewer whats the crash error code.

I use my intel igpu to startup and no any issues of bsod or system hang, but when i dismantle and replug or use gpu again it keep tepeat same problem

Spec wise, more than enough. Try removing graphic card and use motherboard's video output if you have built-in GPU.

How can i know if i can test psu ?

Ok just i now i try to use ddu clean up amd driver during safe mode and i reinstall new driver again, but after i use few minutes it still repeat same problem again, especially when i plugg hdmi cable at gpu hdmi port. i go to set igpu as main display from bios system. until for now it not occur bsod or system stuck. seems you are right my gpu maybe failure or defect already shit..............
