Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document processing, and filing.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Provide information on warranty programs, terms, and conditions.
Process warranty claims and coordinate with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate customer records and warranty databases.
Support sales and operations teams with administrative duties.
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and resolve any issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Prior experience in administration or customer support is an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in multiple language (Bahasa Melayu, English/Chinese) is preferred.
