I recommend splitting up your steps into individual actions. Wise will charge you more for the convenience

Deposit to wise MYR balance, and then manually convert to USD cash balance. Then only send out

Any remainder MYR cash balance, can empty out from Wise by topping up your ewallet like TnG

mihawk sending to ppl's wise is FOC. How they withdraw/use is their issue.
