you dungu fellow let your imagination run wild. more like you will get yourself into trouble 1st for saying that than the person go police station tell all these. and by saying sorry to you does it mean you will not make police report? u dungu fellow la. If 2 of you make police report, with evident he took your road tax and driving license or picture of accident yet you tell officer it's hit and run, more like the officer will charge you making false report.

The more appropriate word would be "threaten".

If you force anyone to do something against his will and if he doesn't, you will bla bla bla... that is threatening him.

After an accident, you don't have any rights to ask the other party to apologize. Nor to you have any rights to demand him to show you his mykad and/or driving licence and/or road tax.

Just take picture of the vehicles involved showing the damages and location of the accident, for the police report.

In the police report, no need the other driver's name and identity... only need to write something like "car plate number ABC 1234 hit my car at the front left door".
