astro broadband seems cheaper, 500mbps only 90. im unifi user btw, tempting to change to astro broadband.

TM
Pro - if hardware/fibre issue usually they will come fix within 24 hours.
Con - Basically unusable between 8pm - 1am daily.

Maxis
Pro - Even if using Maxis on TM infra, way better international peering and bandwidth throughput the day.
Con - if outside fibre problem, turnaround will be longer if your Maxis is riding on TM infra, because Maxis and TM will waste time ding-dong each other before resolution.

I agree about this except Cons of unifi. It's not unusable but basically slower between 8pm - 1am. Cannot get stable 1GBps for my case..

PS: I stay with unifi >10 years bcoz multiple upgrade. Basically just RM179. broadband + all unifi tv channel+ disney + max + multiples aps..

I ended up using Maxis. Not gonna lie, I miss Time’s speed and cheaper package.
But so far, so good rclxm9.gif Maxis has no problems and a stable connection.

Planning to take the zerolution for the 60-70 inch tv soon hmm.gif

From experience, Maxis tend to provide better latency than Unifi.
