Mental down, depression up, no motivation, you're pretty much a walking corpse. How you manage your mental and stress is super important, I think company should consider having a classes about how to deal with stress.

It's your own responsibility to make yourself happy la.

Apa lanjiao this threat all crybaby talk about depression and shit.

No iphone = depress

No pancut = depress.

Of course la so many depression case. You guys not put enough effort in life to satisfy your greedy appetite.

Ask yourself this la,
- when is the last time u do reading/classes to improve on your job skill
- when is the last time u clean up or rearrange your work desk.
- what is the last time u have half day all to yourself? what did u do with it?

I think it hits hardest when your brain starts turning even the simplest things into a mountain. Like, when getting out of bed feels like a task, or you start losing interest in stuff you used to enjoy. That’s when you realize mental health isn’t just important, it is the foundation. Everything else crumbles without it.

Some people turn to therapy or meds, others find relief in things like journaling, nature, or certain alternative treatments. For me, these hybrid weed strains helped level things out without making me feel foggy or out of it
