Is there an installment payment for house renovation?

For example:
Renovate RM 50k -> split the bill to 24 months then every month pay back RM 2,083.33

So that I have extra cash flow for myself.

Some people will take a personal loan for renovations.

Certain companies will offer it if they have a credit card terminal

Tak pernah dengar, never heard before house reno can do installment. Unless you taikor, contractor kasi muka lu settle in 3 payment.

the contractor doesn't chase for big advance payment you already can celebrate

If you ask for delayed/installment payment, i think they will say can and they will only buy material and start work during last few payment of that whole installment

Hmm, memang don't have such good things.

I just try my luck to see whether got any party has offer this kind of option only
(Something like TV can get 0% installment)

Those bigger companies do offer 24mo 0% installment plan, but expect your renovation cost to be higher as this companies will mark up the cost to cover their EPP charges by the banks to merchant.
