can someone please clarify..

business income less than rm150k per year. is this total invoice value or gross profit?

eg second hand car dealers, sales value is high but income ( gross profit could be 20% of sales)..

small items, no issue..
the issue comes when client wants receipt for warranty claims, tax exemption, for companies- asset write down etc..
nowadays, they need to transfer to company account as proof of payment, so better to issue and avoid all hustles later

the problem may arise when the overseas client wants to transfer $ to you..
if via account, their account department will have to solve..
if from overseas, bank will query what the money is for..
