Before you all start running around naked, just focus on building at least RM1million in your EPF. It doesn’t matter how you get there (legally or illegally) just get it done. Personally know a few close friends who took some illegal shortcuts and managed to retire before 40. Now, they’re just living off their EPF dividends every month doing nothing. For now, EPF is still considered very safe as a source of passive income provided RM1m above.

RM5,000.00 Monthly Income (Passive)

Breakdown:
- RM500.00 medical insurance
- RM4,500.00 Miscellaneous Payments

Other Details:
-House in KL (landed) fully paid by parents.
-Car fully paid by parents.
-Single.

This has been the standard routine for one of my friends, who has been living this lifestyle for the past 8 years.

EPF RM1.3m Also, with the help of his parents, he was able to accumulate that amount in his EPF.

Still not enough?

Nahh. As long as you don’t get itchy backside to buy a new house or car, stay healthy and remain single, RM5k monthly should be good enough for at least the next 10 years.
