The accomplishment points to possible unintended consequences of Washington’s escalating tech sanctions while challenging the dominance of American-made chips, long considered vital for advanced scientific research.

Read carefully, is supercomputers and simulations. As long as you use enough chips and power you can be number one, no meaning at all.
This is not the GPU for gaming. But Intel kan ada, this year for low end budget really gooding.
