Guys i need help setting up a karaoke system in my home, not so sure what I need

Lets start with what I have:
1- Soundbar (Samsung Q930D)
2- LG Smart TV (quite recent model, not sure the exact model number)
3- TV Box (SVI 10s)

So I was stupid thinking can just plug and play the wireless Mic into my TV box and play... Turns out its not that straightforward haha


Currently my setup looks like this

TV Box -> TV -> SoundBar (via HDMI eARC)

The mic I have is transmitting radio signal and has a 3.5mm jack. My TV and TV box both have something call Toslink input. However, I learned that there is no way to easily convert mic (analog output) to digital (toslink input). Went to lowyat and they told me I might need a V8 soundcard since my soundbar doesnt have other input options.

Can anyone show me the way as I'm not sure what are my options here (without buying another speaker system).

Unfortunately the answer is another speaker system. Karaoke for vocals is different from movies.

during cny my uncle brought a portable k system.
android touch screen, battery powered, bluetooth, usb/tf slot, hdmi/rca outputs, got mics, got speaker.

all in one piece ready to rocks

last time I was thinking on below 3 options.
at the end I choose option 2 and use my old speaker.


1. LG Smart TV or TV Box (install Karaoke APPS buy at Shopee RM10) ------- Optical or 3.5mm Jack out to ----> MU208Pro Plus RM650 (Lazada or Taobao) Optical out to ------> Soundbar (Samsung Q930D)

2. LG Smart TV or TV Box (install Karaoke APPS buy at Shopee RM10) -------> 3.5mm Jack out to ------> MU208Pro RM250 (Lazada or Taobao) ----> 3.5m Jack out to ------> buy New 3.0mm jack input Speaker Rm400

3. Jazpiper karaoke all in one box. RM1xxx

I too have a SVI 10P, also wondering how can I do the Karaoke with my current TV which has got no 3.5mm jack

updated a few evergreen karaoke videos with enhanced audio for current large display + hi res audio.
official video was made for crt tvs with very sibilant audio.
