It makes no difference if you are someone who is paying monthly postpaid but without contract (and claim from company) 

I pay monthly postpaid without contract but I don’t claim from company.
If suddenly I do claim from company I don’t see how it makes no difference? You mean if I can claim higher bill with phone included then I can just do so and it’s no different to me?
Even if so I’d still rather get a 15 or 16 for the better camera.

No point tied to contract if buying outright could be cheaper since resellers like to throw prices in just a few weeks time.
