QUOTE(YoungMan @ Jul 8 2025, 02:50 PM) We can't expect the west, particularly U.S to say their phones are inferior right? Agreed west never wrong. White never wrong either. QUOTE(ericlaiys @ Jul 8 2025, 02:50 PM) check your adapter & use meter to see how much watt. Normally 45min is from 20% - 80% I used a 45W Samsung adapter, shouldn't be a problem right QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 8 2025, 02:51 PM) Just you or 16e, I'm not sure. I am using 16 Pro Max and since last time with older iPhones, I have never had issues with my bank apps. I have UOB too, in fact, I have 12 bank apps (not including fintech apps), none of which have problems. Maybe it's my 16e misbehaving yesterday

QUOTE(Syok Your Mom @ Jul 8 2025, 02:44 PM) Really happened to me. Hard to believe right iOS 18.5 screw up my bank app. First time in my life using Fon this error pop up. Not sure it's my 16e problem or iOS 18.5 problem Agreed, west reviews usually paints iPhone as the best of the best with no flaws, best in everything A to Z. Meanwhile just now charging my 16e from 68% to 100% almost 1 hour. Really ridiculous. That's why I rarely used my 16e. Iphone used to be very good on idle , especially overnight , but seen like my OriginOS china ROM even better 😅 , from full charge yesterday night , play some games and social media , sleep at battery life 80% , wake up also 80% , straight line on the graph 😂 If my iphone16pm easily drain 4-5% overnight , hmmm...or maybe the mediatek 9400+ chip doing a good job 😂 look like apple need to add oil on their A19Pro chip This post has been edited by chongkiatz: Jul 8 2025, 03:03 PM

I used a 45W Samsung adapter, shouldn't be a problem right Maybe it's my 16e misbehaving yesterday please use the power meter when charging, see how much your watt. Cable and adapter play important roles. By the way, some adapter dont work well on apple devices especially android supported types.

Official iPhone charger is really too expensive that's why I cincai used my old 45W Samsung charger to charge it, as long as it's charging I'm good 👍

QUOTE(YoungMan @ Jul 8 2025, 08:48 PM) He use 45W already cry slow charging, you want to suggest 20W? Fast charging only china phone, Samsung and other western brand not for fast charging tech. as i already say, please use power meter to monitor what is your max watt when charging. Use 45w charger, dont mean u get 45w. My wife use 65w on honor, but when use to charge iphone, it get worse watt than expected. All this info will indicate on power meter adapter. That is how i know which adapter/cable is good for certain devices. Besides, not all adapter/cable are claim max watt. It just cost rm25 to give u info that u want. Apple recommendation: The iPhone 16 series supports up to 25W for MagSafe wireless charging and up to 20W for wired charging using a USB-C Power Delivery (USB-PD) charger, achieving 50% charge in around 30 minutes with the appropriate adapter and cable. While some reports suggest the iPhone 16 Pro Max could potentially handle up to 45W, testing indicates it doesn't actually charge at that speed. The phone will only draw whatever current it can support during the charging. But since he is use to China phone, the charging speed of iPhone cannot match.
