Me the highest 100kg (even I scare my scale will break)
3 times a week doing exercise doesn't help.
So I cut Gluten intake (no bread, no noodles, no spaghetti, etc) , makan nasi tak mau kuah kari, 5 days no sugar drink/food intake.
Now I down to 94.8kg of just 4 months. I am thinking to maintain it for a year to see how well i achieve.
Checking the BMI Calculator, it says i need to cut until 85kg. (that's just absurd..)
I'm 30+ years old and obese
