For that weight, better, to cut your sugary stuff, first, then slowly progress to carbo and quantity, while maintaining and increase slightly your physical training such as walking.

I keep some snacks like, apple, orange, carrot, timun, mix nuts, etc as my snack, when craving kicks in!

You need to find food that fits into your taste bud while keeping it healthy! biggrin.gif

My hubby keeps baker's cottage chicken as his snack!
