Yes u can. My office use Kakitangan, link with RHB. From Kakitangan, they can send the payment info to RHB Reflex and initiate there, then checker will just approve it. Check with your bank, some allow and some don't. I know Maybank dont allow it, which is why we use RHB Reflex.

Open up another account with RHB Reflex just to pay statutory. My company have account with Maybank, CIMB and RHB. Each have their own usage. Maybank for daily transfer, as its easy for maker to initiate and checker to approve. CIMB to park money inside. RHB to pay salary, statutory, all government bodies as it can accept txt file.

As retail industry we have thousand over staff in the company.
1.How you all pay PCB?
2. Can we make payment through bank directly (upload textfile and make payment) rather than pay through MyTax > E PCB PLUS

Final Reminder on the Use of e-PCB, e-Data PCB, and e-CP39 Systems Before the Complete System Shutdown

A final reminder to all employers/users of the e-PCB, e-Data PCB, and e-CP39 Systems to complete all data submissions and PCB payments for the current month's deductions or any outstanding deductions from previous years on or before 15th January 2025.
From 18th January 2025, these three systems will only be available for display functions to allow users to review and print past PCB information/records. The menu and functions of the new e-PCB Plus system have been gradually opened for role registration, employee data updates, and data submissions, without involving PCB payment functions. Any updates will be informed from time to time.
