Yes u can. My office use Kakitangan, link with RHB. From Kakitangan, they can send the payment info to RHB Reflex and initiate there, then checker will just approve it. Check with your bank, some allow and some don't. I know Maybank dont allow it, which is why we use RHB Reflex.

Open up another account with RHB Reflex just to pay statutory. My company have account with Maybank, CIMB and RHB. Each have their own usage. Maybank for daily transfer, as its easy for maker to initiate and checker to approve. CIMB to park money inside. RHB to pay salary, statutory, all government bodies as it can accept txt file.
