Pada 14hb Januari 2025 sempena Hari Keputeraan DYMM Yang Di Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan, tiada seorang pun ahli pengurusan tertinggi UKM dijemput ke Istana Seri Menanti untuk menghadiri upacara anugerah darjah kebesaran oleh Tuanku Canselor. Ini merupakan sejarah hitam untuk UKM kerana buat pertama kalinya ia berlaku sejak sekian lama. Tuanku tidak memperkenan serta tidak menjemput Pengerusi LPU, Naib Canselor dan Timbalan-timbalan Naib Canselor. Tuanku juga telah menolak calon untuk anugerah Dato' Seri (Pengerusi LPU) dan Dato' (TNC Hal Ehwal Pelajar) dari UKM, sekaligus juga mencatat sejarah kali pertama tidak ada anugerah darjah tertinggi untuk calon dari universiti watan ini.

Kenapa Tuanku begitu 'murka' sekali? Pada bulan November 2024, satu aduan telah sampai kepada pihak Jabatan Audit Negara (JAN) tentang salahguna kuasa dan penyelewengan serta manipulasi proses perolehan dan tender projek-projek di kampus Bangi UKM dan di Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz yang bernilai berjuta-juta ringgit. Terdapat syarikat-syarikat yang telah diberikan tender walaupun mereka telah gagal penilaian teknikal dan/atau penilian kewangan, namun diluluskan juga oleh Jawatankuasa Tender UKM yang dipengerusikan oleh Naib Canselor sendiri. (Ada kecurigaan juga tentang elemen rasuah yang diterima oleh ahli pengurusan tertinggi dari syarikat-syarikat tersebut. Ini sedang disiasat). Disebutkan juga ada penyelewengan di dalam Jawatankuasa Pra-tender (dipengerusikan oleh TNC HEPA), di UKM Shape (Pengarah UKM Shape, Prof. Datuk Dr. Muhammad Hussin) dan di UKM Holdings (Pengerusi UKM Holdings, Datuk Ahmad Shalimin).

Peguam negara & PM la NFA. Kes Zahid even hakim cakap sila bela diri to Zahid pun (mean there is case), peguam negara tarik diri & NFA.

JAN just make report only like any other audit accounting firm, no matter u hire PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Deloitte, Ernst & Young (EY), or KPMG. It's up to management & the company itself to take action.
For any audit firm; if there is report by public or there is surat layang; then they make audit report mean they already make further action. Audit report is their final product.
If peguam negara no action; no use also. PM also the one who pegang his ball.

they can say their dept or at that time no such thing as no gift policy practice. lol. On the other info, at construction industry, it is norm for Gift policy, some even give good valued items. My buddies last time b4 covid, Vendor, Contractor give whole team a Starbuck Card which had RM250 value inside each member
