 KPDNHEP for Shopee refund.

Guys have anyone of you used KPDN for Shopee refund? I feel super annoyed with Shopee as I ordered some goods from a large chain Supermarket via Shopee. So not sure whose genius idea was this but in one invoice it split to multiple parcel. Not sure why but this crap was done.

Anyway they cancelled most parcels and shipped one.

For example parcel A on system cancel but shipped to me. Parcel B which on system was "shipped" but i never received.

So the refund made by shopee was for Parcel A despite being delivered to me though cancelled on system by Shopee/Supermarket was refunded despite it being the item delivered.

Parcel B of higher value which was not shipped though reflected as shipped was not refunded. So there is a discrepancy in terms of actual amount owed by Shopee vs Refunded amount. So as some ppl advice earlier do not clicked shipped button last time if issue and I did just that.

Upon same day delivery I took photo of item receive and printout what not as evidence and send to them. After almost 2 weeks I dont know if they have any IQ but they rep keep telling me look at my account as parcel A value was refunded. I dont know if they plain stupid or ignorant and I went through multiple agents and they tell me same BS. While yes they refund partially but it's not the amount for the parcel so example of Parcel A is RM1 and Parcel B is RM 2 they refund RM 1 meaning they still owe me RM 1 but the agent say check your account .

If you guys how long would u hilang sabar and go to KPDN?

Download their app, report through there. Quite fast for me last time. 2-3 days resolved. My case was about their payment gateway suddenly broken whilst doing a payment. Money from bank gone, CS from the bank said they can’t do anything as the money already remitted to shopee, so need to contact shopee. Shopee buat bodo for almost one week, gave me a template response. After made a report, they were quick to respond with detailed timeline to refund.

Jibai punya practice, they should be fined for every time they repeat this shit. Something like the telco fined due to service quality thing would at least be a start.

Can only understand A,B and C read from book no processing power.

To make it simple, just return and get refund for everything.

Yes u can go KPND but it does not guarantee fast resolution.

Fair I rather wait because shopee staff macam robot. They say parcel with serial number proof of delivery but they don't see items received and system picklist with SKU . I dont know how they not capable to see physical item while cross referencing data on their system.

Didn't but I got a item list which is available at every shopee shipment which they can't dispute la.

Well partial refund actually very tedious because involving postage fee as well which is very very hard to calculate.
Easiest and fastest solution is return for full refund.

Or u calculate how much u should pay for the stuffs u got, then seller agree then make partial refund in shopee system.


Already lodge report at KPDN?

Lodge finally Shopee admit defeat and refund the balance. I was really pissed initially because the reps macam close case without evaluating the documentation or explanation I gave. It's more of principle la.
