No need sad about that. You can choose to stay in Island for 2D1N, rent a car to stay in Kundasang(nearby KK mount)-even can climb but u still can stay there to enjoy the scenary, from there u can go to so called''New zealand" cow farm, hot poring and Sabah tea farm. Also u can go Kudat to eat seafood..
Many things to do.. no worry there..
