I've stay in Marina court also before.. superb location! In main town n facing the sea! hehe.. nice!

While u in KK might as well u visit Manukan Island..its 30 min from KK by boat. Nice place to snorkeling oso.. then Philipines night market is ok oso to visit just for the trill.. but the rest is nothing much in KK except, jalan, jalan, jalan n more jalan..

Last time I stay at Marina Court apartment facing the seaview.. very nice as it is easier access to Town Area, Philippine market etc.. You'll never get bored at night as entertainment places are just nearby.
