Can someone explain how it works?

I don't get how the RM 2 works, choose number between 1-60, but that range is too small

Me first time, how to claim if u win? Show ur ticket to cashier then receive the money or they give cheque?

What if when i handout my ticket, then the cashier snatched it and claim his own ticket? Can i photostat the ticket and present it?

I do not know if there has been any changes to the prize claim protocols for 2025, so to err on the side of safety:

For more information, please contact Sports Toto's Customer Careline at 03-2148 9779 (Monday to Sunday; 9am to 7pm) All calls will be handled confidentially and securely.

I would also take hi-rez photos of BOTH SIDES of the ticket (there is a serial number on the reverse side) and 4K video of you holding your winning ticket (zoom into the ticket)

Take photo of the ticket with your IC in the same picture.

I had missed that. Good idea TQ!!

QUOTE(andrekua2 @ Jan 13 2025, 11:49 AM)
I think he's overthinking... if he really win the 80m, pretty sure you would just walk to the airport RN and buy the next departing flight to show up at the earliest hour at Sportstoto HQ in Berjaya Times Square.
*
That's what most able-bodied big winners would do, and if I kena jackpot I'd do the same!

But not all may be inclined/able to travel. Last time I inquired at the nearest claims centre in Sabah (not for a jackpot prize), they said it'd take up to 1 week for the cheque to arrive. Now it is written that the cheque will be issued on the same day at any claims centre. Protocols can and do change, so for safety I urge big winners to inquire via the aforementioned hotline.

Not if you won 80m... heck... you would even take a milllion loan and book a private jet.

like i said, I'd do the same and hop on the next flight to KL. but no i'd not waste money on a private jet. I am thrifty!

At this juncture, I think it's only appropriate for me to give a gentle reminder to wager responsibly. Take it as a fun game, and don't go overboard.

But a chap I know who does car repo/debt collection/general handyman would probably say again, "LU ADA LUI LU KASI HENTAM KAO KAO LAAA!" biggrin.gif

are we going to have another round of crowd number?

numbers can be repeated from previous?
*
i think it is only proper we ask andrekua2 if we will have another round, because he is the originator of this crowdsourcing of numbers smile.gif

It should be greater. There's a total of 58 balls. The 1st ball is 1 in 58 chance. 2nd ball, 1 in 57 chance.

Rolling out 2 balls, it has 58 x 57 = 3306 possible outcomes.

Rolling out 6 balls...

Im still buying the same number... I just add another number to make it system 7 nia... 38 and 53 came up twice in a row. Lets see how the combi perform for another week.
*
yes and the number 4 (not part of the crowdsourced numbers) came up twice in a row too (11th and 12th Jan '25 draws, post #415).

I've been mulling that all day...4,38,53...I can see why u r sticking to that set, plus one more number. If 4, 38 and 53 pops up again this week, it would be MOST interesting smile.gif

Hi,

If let's say someone kena, and then the betting company says there are 15 more winners who bought the same set of numbers.. so u need to share with all of them also. My question is, how do we know if the 15 other winners are legit and not the betting company themselves saja say just to pay you lesser?

Also i found the below in their website....

1st      * Jackpot (min RM 8,888,888)
2nd      RM 6,888 per RM2 bet
3rd    RM 80 per RM 2 bet
4th    RM 8 per RM 2 bet

Note:
Jackpot is 65% of the Prize Pool plus upfront RM8,888,888 and any snowballed amount brought forward from previous draws.

What does THE ABOVE MEAN about the 65%? Means payout = 65% of the jackpot prize + 8,888,888 only and not full amount as per published?
*
Relax laa....in the absence of proof positive regarding any potential shenanigans, I will simply take things at face value and assume Sportstoto to be on the up and up, running an honest game. However anyone who has their doubts can easily avoid such things by simply not buying any tickets.

As for your other question, the text in red will clarify your query.

From toto's 6/58 prize payout chart:

https://www.sportstoto.com.my/how_to_play_prize.asp
QUOTE
Jackpot is 65% of the Prize Pool plus upfront RM8,888,888 and any snowballed amount brought forward from previous draws.
If there is more than one winner, the Jackpot will be divided among the winners based on the bet amount placed by each winner.
The PRIZE POOL is equals to 55% of the Total Stake Collection, which is the amount of bets made on each draw.
