Samsung order can cancel? I think they mess up my installment plan. My bank show they charge full amount without installment on my card. Full amount payable this month.

I remember my samsung installment is not by ipay88, cant remember the provider name.

Msg Samsung and in system show installment and ask me go figure out with my bank myself, not their problem.

Call my bank they say ask me wait 2 more working days and see because scare the provider didnt submit the installment request on time and it might takes few working days to convert to installment.

1st time had this problem with installment, samsung really sucks..all my installments on the spot charged as installment no need convert. Wonder anyone had same problem?

I ordered on 24.1.2024 morning also no update until now. Customer service can't do shit, just tell you wait warehouse update...

I ordered mine (SES pickup) on 24/1/2025 morning. Chat with customer service just now, they reply "In regard to this, we wish to inform you that the standard process for Pre Order deliveries will be after the promotion ends which is 13th February, however we are providing early deliveries from 10th February batch by batch following our T&C for the Pre Order."

I question them how the batch by batch works while some order on February already get their phone but I don't, they can't answer anything just ask me to wait for call to pickup.

My status still under processing while my order show "Standard Store Pickup Date scheduled: 10/02/2025".

Any update on your delivery? Chat with live support, they dare to tell me "The delivery will be done by batch following the date of your order. They will proceed the delivery following from the earliest order from pre-order start date. " I order on 24/1/2025 and now they not yet send out my order.

Where is the announcement?

Just ask me to wait call from SES when my phone reach. Complain so much but they don't do shit about it.....no status when can ship out...all handle by delivery partner.

I think the problem with jetblack. Seems they having stock issue. And of course bad management.
