Samsung must be very desperate, the marketing (0377137477) just call me ask me did I complete my purchase of S25 because I added it in my cart to check on latest promo few days ago. (My preorder stil under processing since 24/01 duh)....really hopeless Samsung....

You can try. When you put in cart, they will email 1st to remind you to complete the deal. I don't bother to fark them anymore, give up no hype on the phone anymore.

Had my protector matt film type install at SES, finger print working flawless. Redo the finger print if you did it before the screen protector

For those just get your device, when is the warranty due date? Follow order date or pickup?

I get my phone on 22-2-2025, my warranty start on order date 24-1-2025 . Chat with Samsung they ask me to send email to dispute myself with their warranty team....WTF!!!!

The full amount will be revise to installment after like 1week time. How many days already since the purchase? I wait like 7working days during the CNY holiday. Don't bother contact Samsung, they don't give a shit about their lousy provider.
