Sir, any shop including ses, ur, hn, senq will not swap for you if any defect when you purchase online. They will just you send back to service center. This is their practice for long time.  Unless you buy from shop directly then different case.

I just curious if samsung will swap new set if dust in the screen.

Feel is good. Smooth but not protect drop.. The installation i can tell it is most difficult. Once kena dust, koyak. I sent to SES asked them install for me, but end up they messed it up and keep apologize.
