Guys check your device thoroughly, I just found 2 dots (something like dust or something under the main display and returned to Samsung gardens service center immediately. Service center acknowledged it is a factory fault and Now waiting for Samsung Malaysia to approve the 1 to 1 exchange and delivered to gardens ses.

All the excitement.. poof! Gone lol

No need to shine light to see it. I was wiping the phone to check and saw it under normal lighting

Mine was on 2 random spots bottom half of the phone . Not near the camera.

i also experienced before. deliver to home address is better than SES collection. coz SES also need to wait for DHL to deliver to them first, then they contact you to go collect. 1 more step to get your phone

Guess you have the same problem as me then. Mine has approved for 1 to 1 exchange but if I still want to go with jade green colour gotta wait 2 weeks for the new stock to arrive.
