Currently for that car NCD is 0 because of something which has happened in this same year of insurance. So effectively whether I claim or not claim this incident NCD unaffected. Is not burning full NCD.

Depends on repair cost la... if old car, the ncd not worth much what... but since old car, if no betterment, they also replace cikai parts.

Another thing is whether or not the insurer willing to cover... some old car due to the car value, they would rather scrap it. Its because the parts pricing a bit like our private hospital one. Insurance claims one 2-3x price than what you pay to buy with cash outside.

In theory yes I should go for it . If big amount go for it , if small don't bother la . If u keep claim , u also put a target on yr self the next claim when u need it, prepare to be scrutinize by insurance company .
