I’m looking for an Architect.

Details:
2 storey house (old & rundown condition)
The plan is to demolish this and rebuild into 2.5 storey
PJ area

Looking for an Architect. Preferably:

1. Around PJ/ Puchong/ Subang/ Sunway area
2. Reasonable price
3. Friendly (easy to work with)

Do you have someone whom you can recommend?
