 Gaji buta to condo MO. Can stop paying maintenance, fee?

As per topic, it is not worth at all to pay the maintenance fee while the jobs/management are not being done properly

It is like tidak apa attitude.

What would be the consequences if I stop to pay the maintenance fee until they improve?

Is there a complaints channel where we can submit our grievances about lazy MO reps? In my condo, can see the MO reps sleeping on the job, gossiping most of the time, and they don’t respond to emails.

U are not alone in this case..but that's the dilemma of buying highrise.
Sumore maintenance fee can raise if cost rises.
The less ppl pay, the more condo maintenance suffer.

They can sue you at strata management tribunal

Same same. I feel like paying the fee like feeding them to get gaji at month end.

Our problems when made complaints, they don't bother or take a fcking long time. They even don't bother to reply Whatsapp messages.

attend meeting or whatever are not important lah. The past AGM have no people to attend and only 2. The AGM can't be approved because less than the required #.

This condo = no people bother one about the AGM or whatever.

that why no people bother, the MO also x apa attitude.

That why I am thinking to stop paying so i can a lot of money because it is not worth at all to feed tak apa orang.
