Is there a complaints channel where we can submit our grievances about lazy MO reps? In my condo, can see the MO reps sleeping on the job, gossiping most of the time, and they don’t respond to emails.

defaulters are ok la.. since already 60's and even BL also ok since no more taking loan

not only that… by defaulting, cannot attend meeting to suggest to committee to change management team… that also must have quorum to agree…so think before you decide
