Bought Hotlink Prepaid eSIM from the app, not QR?

So I bought one from hotlink app for RM5, and it didn't give me any option or email on QR code.
Contacted hotline, they recommend me to walk-in to Maxis Center and request for esim replacement - RM10  Since I can just buy a new esim in Maxis Center without paying the esim replacement fee, I tried my luck and clicked the Install button in the app. When the app request for esim access, I clicked deny.
