I recently realized that ShopeeFood always has no rider especially during dinner time.
And also, the regular food outlet that I used to order suddenly become “out of distance”.

At times very frustrating… you order the food, after 30-40mins tell you no rider then cancel your order.

On the order platform - Grab, you waited for 1hr, no rider and still refuse to let you cancel order… try get help and keep prompting me for their chat bot which is useless…

Anyone face such issue also?

The bot keep ask me check for cancel eligibility in the order page but it’s not eligible.

Why ah? Old liao cannot post meh?
