I recently realized that ShopeeFood always has no rider especially during dinner time.
And also, the regular food outlet that I used to order suddenly become “out of distance”.

At times very frustrating… you order the food, after 30-40mins tell you no rider then cancel your order.

On the order platform - Grab, you waited for 1hr, no rider and still refuse to let you cancel order… try get help and keep prompting me for their chat bot which is useless…

Anyone face such issue also?

riders went on holiday
when school is back, it should be back to normal

the savers, mostly no riders if a bit far

if raining, somehow it became out of distance excuse. on normal days, can order from same place.

Already gave up shopi food long time

Grab if no rider is auto cancel. Idk why u say grab did not allow u to cancel.

The bot keep ask me check for cancel eligibility in the order page but it’s not eligible.

Funny thing is.. restaurant will prepare food before there’s a rider.

So there’s no way to cancel even after waiting for so long.

yup, this few months is like this, waited 2 hours still no rider so makan maggi only

Theres only 1 Malay shop worth order at my area via Shopee.

Can settle dinner ALL in within RM 12.

i found shopeefood more expensive than foodpanda

But shopee food has better voucher.
