Most of the enforcers oso pro smoking. And pro corruption.

Make it so that for every 1kg the vehicle is over it's limit, denda RM1,000.

10kg, denda RM10,000

100kg, denda RM100,000

But then when it comes to enforcement, Malaysia memang tahi level la

Tyre Celup has been causing many life’s of Malaysia, why does Anthony not loong into this? Tak Akan don’t know

And also don’t forgot put speed limiter to All lorry
*
My dad had a friend,a lorry driver ...had something installed in his pedal that even when he press all the way down, the lorry only goes 60kmh...he said it's good against puspakom coz no matter how new it is a lorry will obviously emit black smoke if anyone press the gas all the way down.

I had to sit in that lorry once going back to kl from ipoh...I almost died from boredom

safety = money

if want lorry within weight limit + all safety tyres + competent driver = transportation cost goes up

cost of goods delivered also goes up... end up consumer paying more...

first we have to have strong economy... focus on economy instead of tudung, anjing, then with $$$ all good things come

Fat hopes. AL cannot even dare to handle the difference in determining what constitutes the weight of an overloaded truck. And then left it at that for JPJ to resolve. Not sure if this has been resolved as well

No issue with rethread tire
The only issues are low quality tire and damaged tire but still keep using it.

they already did
there are licensed ones....but too bad these companies love to patronize the unlicensed ones because it's cheaper but they don't do it the correct way
*
Hence I mentioned PUSPAKOM or whatever car inspection center in the future

This thing can be detected easily during inspection

i'm not sure that's the case unless the workmanship looks really really bad from the naked eye
they usually looked normal until it exploded mid road

Lorry tyres are only replaced when after they meletup. So, whether celup or ori, it does not make a difference.

Some time ago they ban rethreaded tire for lorry

But no enforcement

Basically govt is not capable of ensuring enforcement is carried out

i don't think tayar celup is the biggest contributor
would argue it's the freighter/bus company complete lack of accountability in maintaining their fleet trucks/buses or in hiring qualified truck drivers.
bastards keep hiring drivers with criminal records, drug abuse or didn't even check the drivers background before hiring.
long trips mandated by law need two drivers so they could take turn driving after few hours, but companies always cut corners and just assign only one driver.
