i know one guy 55yo, cycle like crazy

no high blood pressure.

slim and in good health.

better find a way to slim down, 154kg can cause back and knee issues.

It puts a lot of strain on your knees.

As you age, your cartilage gets thinner.

Also it does no good for your BMI.
