QUOTE(hoonanoo @ Dec 26 2024, 08:16 PM) i know one guy 55yo, cycle like crazy no high blood pressure. slim and in good health. and i am a 154kg dude who still cycles on average a 150km/week. 45 years old and thankfully with no illness. BP typically 118/62 with RHR of 68. apparently not in Malaysia but in countries like UK, the term that refers to people like me are MHO (metabolically healthy obese). All i could do is just keep being active to spiral down the other end of health scale!!!!
