ask your friend which insurance company is he using 2 years back....call them and tell them about the letter he received...they will settle it for you

this is actually a scam that insurance companies knew about very well
and no he doesn't need to even attend court

remember, this is why u subscribe insurance for...to access their team of lawyers if cases like this happens
